Our Business Process Review engagements are pure consulting and involve no configuration or development.

Delivered remotely or onsite, we start by setting systems aside and reviewing your current and ideal business processes, and assessing the gaps.

Next we look at how the Salesforce platform can fix, support, and enhance your business.

Then we create a roadmap for delivering changes over time, based on a combination of your priorities, technical prerequisites (some changes need to come first regardless of priority because other changes depend on them), and best practices.

We can then begin implementation based on the roadmap, or you can hand it off to other delivery resources - there's no commitment to have us do the work.
